My Professional Bio:
"Rebekah has been doing nails since 1985, and has the privilege of working in some of Denver's finest salons. Her clientele travels from all over the metro area, and even the country to receive her enhancements and hand painted nail art designs. Rebekah works specifically with Creative Nail Design products and specializes in Pink & White enhancements, both in SolarNail Acrylics and BRISA Gels. Rebekah trained under Arlana Stratta with OPI in 1989 and still uses OPI polish and natural nail care products, as well as Mary Kay and Pink Papaya Spa products. Over the course of her career, Rebekah has had the dubious pleasure of providing services for multiple celebrities including Joan Collins and Chuck Jones."

WHAT YOU SHOULD KNOW:
About Scheduling:
I use an online scheduling system to manage ALL of my appointments. You can access it by clicking on the "Set Your Appointment" link above. This is provided as a convenience for you so that you may schedule/manage your appointments any time of day without having to wait for the salon to open or for a message to be returned. The system is very accurate, and will only allow you to see times that I am available. You will have your own private access page where you will be able to manage all of your appointments with me. It will also send you a friendly email reminder! It will tell you the date and time, and even the cost of your appointment. It also allows you to pay for your appointment in advance!

I do NOT do weekends! After 22 years in business and six children - my schedule is FULL! I offer early morning and evening appointments on my salon days, my hours on those days are 8:00am - 10:00pm.

I require a 24 hour notice when cancelling - that allows me to give your appointment to someone on my waiting list if you are unable to attend. Unfortunately, so many people have abused my former generosity by failing to show - and failing to notify me, that I had to get very strict about my cancellation policy. I understand that things come up - text me, email me, reschedule on your own online - IN ADVANCE. If you miss your appointment, or "no show" without notice, you will be charged for the missed appointment, and will not be able to receive another service from me until it is paid. If you happen to "no show" me TWICE you will not be able to re-book with me!

Sometimes there is confusion about an appointment - I understand that - if this should be the case, please email me and explain your side of things or ask questions, and we WILL get it worked out. I am pretty reasonable when there have been extenuating circumstances!

About Pricing:
I am NOT a discount service provider! In fact, I am probably what some of you may consider "high-end". I have set my prices to reflect the rising cost of the products I use, the overhead I pay to be able to offer my services to you in such a beautiful and convenient location, the 22+ years of experience I have in the salon industry, the exceptional training I have received from some of the BEST educators in the country, the quality of my work, and my reputation for being one of the BEST service providers in Colorado and beyond. It is quite simple really - I invest in the BEST products available so that YOU may have the best service available. You would not want me to use substandard or dangerous products on you or cut corners as the ramifications can be severe. Therefore I choose to INVEST in my tools because I have your best interests at heart.

About Phone Calls:
I do NOT take personal phone calls - I communicate EXCLUSIVELY through email and text - for many reasons. I like to give my client 100% of my attention when she/he is in my chair. When I take personal phone calls it take me away from them and delays the appointment. Most issues can be addressed through either email or text, so I enthusastically encourage you to use those avenues to contact me!

You may leave me a voicemail any time of day at (877) 701-9233 - HOWEVER, I do NOT check this voicemail during my work day because again - I am 100% with my client during the work day. You may get an emergency message to me by texting my cellphone (I do not share this until you become my client. Thanks for understanding!) Otherwise - I'd love to have you email me!
